Cancellations/Late arrivals - Clients who wish to change or cancel their appointments are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours
notice as otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may be applied. If you are running late please let us know, late arrivals will be charged the full price for the
treatment but full treatment time cannot be guaranteed.
